The Right to Be Protected from Violence. Children's Rights, Laws and You.

project C.L.E.A.R. – "Children’s Legal Education – Adapted Resources"
Save the Children Romania

Abstract

You have rights, but the laws that affect you are complex and changing. A set of three manuals has been written to help you understand your rights and to help you think about the laws that affect you. We developed them with the help of more than 300 teenagers from Belgium, Italy, Romania, Spain and the UK.

What is in this manual?

  • What is violence?
  • What about bullying?
  • What are my rights and what does the law say?
  • How to counter violence
